Shipping & Free Shipping Policy

At Artistic Tile and Stone, we strive to provide transparent and efficient shipping for all orders. Please review our terms regarding standard shipping, freight, and our free shipping eligibility.

1. Standard Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on package weight and destination address. These costs are not included in the product price.

  • Address Accuracy: If an incorrect address is submitted or changed during transit, any additional charges from the carrier will be billed to the customer.

  • Handling Fees: Some special products or handling fees may apply regardless of the order total.

2. Freight Shipments

  • Eligibility: Orders exceeding 6 boxes or 120 lbs may ship via a freight company.

  • Additional Services: Customer-requested services (e.g., forklift use, liftgate, or inside delivery) incur additional charges.

  • Surcharges: Artistic Tile and Stone reserves the right to charge your account for any freight surcharges exceeding the prepaid shipping amount.

3. Free Shipping Terms

You will receive FREE Shipping on orders where the retail item total exceeds $1,000, subject to the following restrictions:

  • Online Only: Applies only to orders placed through our Online Store.

  • Eligible Items: Applies only to items specifically marked with "Free Shipping."

  • Regional Limits: Applies to delivery addresses in the 48 Continental U.S. states only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and APO boxes).

  • Exclusions: Discounted, Sale, Closeout, or third-party fulfilled items may not be eligible for free shipping.

  • Expedited Service: Next day or 3rd-day shipping will always incur an extra charge.

  • Minimum Threshold: If eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below $1,000, free shipping will be removed.

  • Economic Feasibility: We reserve the right to exclude items if the weight makes free shipping economically unfeasible.

4. Delivery Times

  • In-Stock Processing: We attempt to ship within 2 business days for in-stock products.

  • Weekends/Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship within the following two business days.

  • Carriers: Standard shipping is handled via UPS Ground or freight. If you wish to use another carrier, you must specify and arrange the pickup.
